Christmas Gifts!

Tis the season to be giving..and what's more perfect than clothes or a nice nail polish? My favorite polish to gift is this sephora collection! $28 for a set of these 4.

Also, my mom's birthday is coming up this Friday so I'm secretly shopping for her after school today, Totally getting her Michael Buble's Christmas CD for the birthday! Hope she doesn't see this ;) $12 at Walmart (yeah, why pay more for a CD when you can shop at Walmart?!)

For the men in your life I suggest a new cologne! I have this nerdy guy friend who I immediately thought of when I saw this..even though I hate the scent, we got a kick out of it. $72 for 3.3 ounces.

What's up! new week, even though it's already Tuesday. I'm very excited because this Thursday i'm getting my license..finally! I just need a car, (wink-wink mom and dad) otherwise i'm super stoked. But I've been thinking a lot about where I'll go, what I'll do and what I'll wear...obviously! Also, this tuesday morning we started out with a major fog delay. It was super nice, even though I still go up early. Anyway! here are somethings I'm totally loving.

November/Winter

Happy November! I love winter, the cold, and everything about it. I love christmas, it makes me want to go to fancy parties, wear sequins and be even nicer than I am usually ;)

One down side with winter is our bodies store more fat and our skin gets so dry. So I came up with some tips for skin aimed for teens/young adults.

- Do not over-dry acne because it'll just make it worse! Once you use a product too much your skin gets used to it and it stops working. Always moisturize while treating a pimple.

- Start drinking more water and take in less fat. Moisturized inside= moisturized skin. The fat part is just to help balance out the winter weight gain :)

- Drink tea, tea has so many beautiful vitamins and antioxidants that I can't say enough how much I recommend it.

So this past week I went shopping with a few girls for dresses! I love it, I would much rather go with girls to give my opinion than I would buy my own dress. Also, my mom made me a cape! I couldn't get a decent picture so i'll put that up later. But she handmade it for me, I love it! it's this checkered/plaidish red, blue and white patterned. Definitely not as American flag as it sounds, more Burberry or Chanel combined. Hope you have a very festive week :)

Okay, so I said that I would post today with Halloween pics, but I lied because I completely forgot my pics at home today, so I'll definitely have them up tomorrow! Sorry.

So I said I would post today but i decided not too because I want to get pictures of teachers dressed up around my school. We're doing a fundraiser for Riley's Children's Hospital. We donate change to our favorite costumes and I'm not sure what the winner gets but the change goes to a great cause! So blog tomorrow w/ good costume pics.

Gahh! Just found this amazing jacket on Barneys' website...I want it NOW. $4,710? Couldn't they just round it down to 4,700? that'd be a bargain.

Weekly Outfits

This was from last Monday, It was rainging, comfy boots w/ my staple, tights.Tuesday, same kind of outfit, but with an oversized blazer, lacey tights, and a cute scarf, perfect for rainy weeks.

This is my Oktoberfst outfit! I'm in German and we had a local Oktoberfest at the library, things got pretty crazy..you know, with our slap dances and all.

This was a girl syndey that goes to my school! I saw her outfit, the skirt is from a kid's section! adorable, and probably cheaper than getting that same skirt somewhere else in adult size.

I apologize for not having everyday! I'm still leaning into this and I forget or have un-inspired outfits sometimes. But I promise I'll do better just for this blog! Have a great day and week!
